WOMEN OF HOPE | MARCH 19 | 10:30AM
All widowed, divorced and single ladies welcome to join us for our Women of Hope March adventure as we reach out to those in need. We will gather in the fellowship hall at 10:30 AM for a light brunch before boarding the bus to Bags of Love in Millbury, OH, a 30-minute drive away.
Bags of Love's mission is to show love to the community by making and filling reusable drawstring bags with necessities such as clothing, backpacks, and handmade blankets. We will assist with various projects, including filling bags with personal hygiene products, school supplies, socks, hats, toys, books, and treat bags. Other tasks may involve unpacking donations or participating in knitting and crocheting projects. There will be something for everyone to do!
We expect to return to the church before 4:00 PM. We hope to see you there!

MEM MOVIE NIGHT MARCH 23 | 6PM
THERE WILL BE A SPECIAL MOVIE FOR CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
"The Least of These" (2019) is a powerful Christian drama based on the true story of Graham Staines, an Australian missionary who dedicated his life to serving leprosy patients in India.
The film follows Manav Banerjee, a struggling journalist who moves to a new town with his pregnant wife, hoping for a stable job. He is assigned to investigate Graham Staines, who is rumored to be illegally converting Hindus to Christianity. Initially skeptical, Manav goes undercover, expecting to uncover wrongdoing. However, instead of manipulation, he witnesses Staines’ selfless love, kindness, and dedication to the sick and outcast.
As religious tensions rise, Staines and his two young sons face a brutal attack that shocks the nation. Despite this horrific tragedy, Gladys Staines, Graham’s wife, publicly forgives the attackers, demonstrating the power of faith and grace. This deeply impacts Manav, who begins to question his beliefs.
By the end of the film, Manav experiences a transformation. Seeing the truth about Graham Staines’ mission of love, and witnessing true Christian forgiveness, he is profoundly changed. Though the movie doesn’t explicitly state his conversion, it strongly suggests that he embraces the faith he once doubted.
This emotional film highlights sacrifice, compassion, and the power of forgiveness, challenging viewers to reflect on the true meaning of faith.
