Giving

We are in a transition time when it comes to our giving and we want to make it as simple as we can for you. Currently we are using the Shelby giving platform but we are wanting to make a change over to the Subsplash giving platform before the turn of the year. This is primarily for those that are doing recurring payments but all should familiarize themselves with the steps for setting up giving on Subsplash if they give online. 

1. Click the Shelby giving platform photo below. That will take you to the current giving platform and prompt you to login.
2. Once you are logged in, click "my repeating payments". This is the second option in the dark navy colored box on the right hand side.
3. Then click the grey delete button for any recurring payments that you may have set up through this system. When you click delete, another box will appear asking if you are sure you want to delete this, click "OK."
4. Logout and close the window. 
5. Click on the Subsplash image which will take you to the Subsplash giving platform.
6. Click the small person icon on the top right hand side of the page.
7. Click sign in.
8. Then you can chose to continue with email or Facebook, the choice is up to you.
9. When you click "continue with email" you will be able to sign in (if you already have an account; this will be used after you have set up an account) or sign up. Chose the sign up option and fill out the information needed.
10. Once logged in, put in the giving amount and frequency.
11. From there you will be given the choice to link your debit/credit or bank account.
12. Chose option for giving and make sure all the other information is correct. If you would like to select a specific date that the giving comes out, click on the blue highlighted date and make the change.
