Our
Senior Citizen activities offer group interaction along
with Christian fellowship and support.
Emmanuel Lights - Food, fun, and fellowship!
The Emmanuel Lights meet the first Thursday of every
month from September through June. The meetings are
from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in our Fellowship Hall.
Activities include games, devotional and informational
speakers, special music, a meal, and great fellowship.
The group also sponsors special trips to area attractions
throughout the year.
Women of Hope - Women of Hope is our ministry
to widows. The ladies meet together on the third Tuesday
of the month at the church for a time of encouragement,
devotions, sharing, and prayer. Afterwards, they travel
to an area attraction for additional fellowship and
lunch.
Ministry
to Shut-Ins - Our Ministry to Shut-Ins continues to
be personal visits and calls to those living at home
and in extended-care facilities to provide encouragement
and support. Pastor Bruce Snyder ministers to our seniors
and hospitalized members on a daily basis as needs arise.
All church members are encouraged to take part in this
ministry of caring.
Adult Bible Fellowship - We offer an Adult
Bible Fellowship to focus on the needs of our seniors.
The Maranatha ABF meets at 9:00 a.m. every Sunday in
our chapel which provides opportunities for fellowship,
biblical instruction, and Christian growth. The Adult
Bible Fellowship includes singles and couples.
