Christ said, “Let the little children come to me.” At EBC we want to love, nurture, and teach our children about the loving Lord Jesus. Children are a priority to us. We make every effort to provide excellent teachers and care givers, safe and fun nurseries and classrooms, and a welcoming environment for children and their parents.

Nursery
We have nurseries for babies and toddlers from newborn to two years of age. These are available for all our church services. Our care-givers are carefully screened and monitored.

Sunday School
Sunday School meets at 9:00 a.m. each Sunday and welcomes children from two years of age through grade five. From toddlers on up our children learn to love the Lord Jesus, to sing his praises, to learn stories and truth from His word, and to share Jesus with others.

Children’s Church / Kid’s Praise
While the adults are worshipping in the adult service, children at EBC are learning to worship the Lord with all their heart, soul, and mind. An exciting Children’s Church is provided for children (two – kindergarten) and Kid’s Praise (grades one-three) during the 10:30 a.m. Worship Service.

Kid’s Praise (Sunday evening)
Children from age three to grade three are dismissed toward the beginning of the evening service to enjoy age-appropriate Bible lessons.

AWANA Clubs (ages three through grade five)
Meet on Wednesday evenings during the school year.

Cherub Choir
Does your little one love to sing God’s praises? The Cherub Choir is the joyous place where your four year old to first grader can learn songs about Jesus, Jonah, Jehoshaphat and others. The cameras flash and the grown-ups smile when the Cherub Choir sings His praises on occasion in the church service. Practices are at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday nights.

God’s Kids Choir
“Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord.” That includes kids! All kids grades two through five are invited to join us. God’s Kids Choir presents a sensational musicale each year. Practices are at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoons. This choir also sings special numbers in church and joins in the Holiday Musicales.

Sonshine Clubs
These backyard Bible clubs are sponsored by our youth department for a week during the summer. The clubs include children who are four years old through sixth grade. Games, missionary stories, and Bible lessons are presented by well-trained teens under adult supervision. The teens receive valuable training that they can use for years to come. Most of all, they learn to love each boy and girl and develop a passion to win them to Christ.
